Jill graduated from University of Alberta in 2014 with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this she completed a Bachelor of Physical Education with a focus on sports performance.
Since graduating Jill has worked in private practice treating patients with a variety of injuries, everything from sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, post-surgical rehab, back and neck pain and other soft tissue injuries. In 2021 Jill expanded her practice to include pelvic floor physical therapy after taking level 1 and 2 of Pelvic Heath Solutions courses on treating urinary incontinence and pelvic pain. She treats both women and men.
Jill has also taken several post-graduate courses including acupuncture (CAFCI), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and dry needling (Kinetacore).
Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids, going to the lake, coaching basketball, reading, working out, and travelling.
